What a responsible migration requires
- Export the client list and confirm the supported export format.
- Inventory services, prices, appointment durations, staff schedules and chair renters.
- Reconcile upcoming and recurring bookings against the source system.
- Confirm how deposits, payment methods, gift cards and memberships will be handled.
- Test access controls, checkout, customer notifications and your booking links before cutover.
- Keep the original platform available until the new workflows are certified.
Don't lose your booking history
Some information may not be available through exports or may require manual verification. We will not promise a one-click transfer or automatic movement of stored payment details.
